Building history research foundations outside the Waterpoort
Municipality of Gorinchem received the results of the feasibility study on the integration of archaeological finds in the floor of the hotel that is being built on the Buiten de Waterpoort location at the end of October. The policy department is now assessing these research results. The board of mayor and aldermen will then make a decision and inform the municipal council. The research results will then also be made public. This is expected to be at the end of November/beginning of December 2017.

As part of the feasibility study, a building history study was also carried out. These results and the feasibility study together form the basis for the board's decision.
