GORINCHEM – The monument for the Court of Arkel is now on Struisvogelstraat, but the festive unveiling was postponed last week. The pillar is illegal. A clumsy procedural error: the municipality of Gorinchem had completely forgotten to apply for a permit. That application has now been made.
