Loan requests

It would, of course, be a shame if special finds remained hidden from the public. Fortunately, that's not the case. Museums and other cultural institutions can submit a loan request. There are no fees for borrowing archaeological finds.

However, we do have requirements for the way of exhibiting and security, and the recipient of the material is obliged to insure it all-risk, 'from nail to nail'. You can find an example of a loan agreement here downloadYour request must be submitted to the depot manager at least 4 weeks before the opening of your event.
