Felix Cerutti
Mr. FFX Cerutti (born in The Hague in 1943) studied Dutch law at the Catholic University of Nijmegen. He worked for the municipalities of Utrecht and The Hague in areas including (inner)city development, monument preservation, and urban renewal. Between 1988 and 2006, he was secretary of Gorinchem.
